KIDS & TEENS
Here at Dragon Athletic we run a CrossFit Kids programme for three different age groups. For all age groups, our aim remains the same - to teach kids how to move safely within different movements and pair learning these movements with fun. We hope that pairing fitness and enjoyment will develop a lifetime love for being fit and healthy.

NUTRITION
Our nutrition program is designed to keep you on track. We support you by designing and determining good nutrition principles and habits based on Goals and Activity levels. Monthly programs are available, and we suggest committing to 3 months to make long-term habitual changes.
