Testing will be Friday 8th Nov at 6.30pm.
This is a 4 Week Strength block, that gives you an opportunity to work on your compound lifts and see some real gains in strength. As we always state here at DC, Strength is the component of fitness that underpins the development of other areas for fitness. If you’re are looking to increase your endurance, stamina, speed or power……increase your strength!!
