Welcome to Dragon CrossFit

Dragon CrossFit is a friendly and locally owned CrossFit facility that is extremely passionate about helping individuals reach their goals whatever they maybe.

We offer you an opportunity to participate in Group Classes or One to One Personal Training sessions under the guidance of our highly experienced, professional Coaches.

The Workouts will consist of a combination of free weights, skipping, rowing, running and bodyweight movements performed at high intensity to you as an individual, which allow you to achieve optimal results.

An important aspect of Dragon CrossFit is our community, where members are encouraged to work out in a positive, vibrant, supportive and healthy environment. It is a social and interactive form of working out that caters for every member of the public.

Dragon CrossFit operates its Strength and Conditioning services across 2 locations in Cardiff.

Our locations are in Cardiff Bay and Llanishen.
